Position: Regional Implementation Manager
Location: Dulles, VA (4 days Onsite / 1 day Remote)
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days Onsite / 1 day Remote)
Duration: Permanent Full Time, Direct Hire
Salary: 140k - 165k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Program
Must Have: Experience working in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Construction Industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- As the Regional Implementation Manager, you will lead the Implementation, and management of technology solutions specific to a region. Your expertise will drive seamless integration, enhance operational efficiency, and empower our teams to align technologies with business process to leverage technology more effectively. You will solve real world problems at a local level and ensure those solutions last over time. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption, configuration, and ongoing management of software solutions within a region of the company.

What Gets You The Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- Proven experience in technology implementation within the MEP construction industry.
- Familiarity with MEP-specific tools such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and MEP fabrication software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with MEP processes, BIM, and construction project workflows.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines and resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Communication, listening, and empathy skills. Expect to work with Regional Presidents and Division Leaders one day and users of the technology the next day.
- Strong knowledge of the MEP engineering and construction industry.
- Has the ability to meet people where they are and progress them through change management to reach desired outcomes.
- In-depth understanding of relevant technologies, technical principles, and broad knowledge of related disciplines.
- Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- The position will require out of State travel to regional offices and job sites.
